For over 14 years, Matchmakers In The City has had the honor of walking alongside incredible people on their journey to love. We are deeply proud of the relationships, partnerships, and families that have grown from our work.

But has Matchmakers In The City ever guaranteed marriage to our Clients? Absolutely not.

We have never guaranteed marriage. And that decision is very intentional, and was made from day one by our co-founders, sisters and Matchmakers at our firm, Alessandra Conti and Cristina Pineda.

What We Do Promise

When clients join Matchmakers In The City, they are investing in a high-touch, personalized matchmaking experience, not a guarantee of an outcome.

What we proudly promise is the work.

That includes:

• Working closely with our team of experienced, professional Matchmakers

Why We Don’t Guarantee Marriage

Marriage is not something a Matchmaker can deliver, no matter how skilled, connected, or dedicated.

Here’s why we have never promised marriage to any of our Clients in 13 years:

Love Requires Free Will At its core, marriage is a mutual decision between two people. Chemistry, timing, emotional readiness, and choice cannot be forced or guaranteed by any third party.

Dating Is a Human Process People evolve as they date. They learn more about themselves, their needs, and what truly matters to them. That growth is beautiful, but it’s also unpredictable.

Success Is Collaborative A successful matchmaking experience depends on more than introductions. It requires openness, effort, emotional availability, and self-reflection from both sides.

False Guarantees Create False Hope We refuse to build our business on promises that prey on fear or vulnerability. Our clients deserve honesty, not pressure or illusions.
